My stay at the hotel was truly a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel had some nice touches like chilled lemon water available, and the rooms were quite comfortable. However, I did notice cracked floor tiles with sharp edges in the bathroom and the room, which was a bit concerning. Additionally, the room cost more than I expected.

The hotel had modern and new rooms with two balconies and separate rooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV. Although not ready for check-in at 4:00, the rooms were quiet when all doors and windows were closed, providing a peaceful stay. The inclusion of L'Occitane products added a luxurious touch to the experience.
I had a delightful stay overlooking a green canal/mangrove area and bay that adjoins the Gulf of Mexico. The rooms were perfect with a lovely living room, complete with a mini refrigerator and microwave. The service was excellent, from the wait staff at the restaurant to David and Wally who made me feel very welcome. The hotel's location is convenient to all places, close to the old Key West and boasts of excellent manicured grounds. The dining experience was top-notch with friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast. The facilities were impressive, offering everything I needed during my stay.
I couldn't see the rooms because they were hidden by plants, but they were on another floor with their private bathroom in a peaceful location close to supermarkets and restaurants. The staff was lovely, and the key Lime Coladas were excellent. I especially enjoyed the private terrace and beach area just steps away from the room.
